Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
Inform Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
Must be able to perform frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Operate a double walkie-rider or pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases
Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset
Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors
Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
The ability to work 2nd Shift

Employment Type: Contract/Onsite
Certified reach truck operator with strong pallet jack proficiency
Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
Pay range: $16/hr - $16.50/hr
Schedule: Training Day shift 8 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday. After training, will work Sunday -Thursday on the night shift
Duration: 3+ months with possible extension or conversion
