Have served no more than three terms in an AmeriCorps state or national program
Be a 17-25 by July 1, 2025
Have a GED or high school diploma, some college experience, or college degree
Agree to and complete a background check

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #728206, located at: 9370 W&W; Industrial Rd. La Plata, MD 20646 and may be expected to work in surrounding stores in a 5 mile radius.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
