IT Technician
Assists in the daily operations of the Information Technology Department by providing comprehensive support across PC maintenance, help desk functions, and server administration.
Provides end users support through the phone, email or in person.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting routine system upkeep to ensure reliable and efficient technology performance throughout the organization.
