The ability to consistently service a minimum of 30 hours per week and 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday
At least 6 CPUs (Speed x Processors)
Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)
At least three years of experience delivering patient and/or customer care
A USB noise-cancelling headset
At least 8GB of useable RAM

+7 years of prior clinical research experience including > around 5 years project management experience working in a global environment and being client facing
Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field

Some healthcare experience in roles such as Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, Patient Care Technician, Home Health Aide, Social Worker, Medical Receptionist, Healthcare Scheduler, Pharmacy Technician, etc.
