Strong attention to detail, including the ability to maintain accurate documentation
A webcam for your Certification experience
The ability to consistently service a minimum of 30 hours per week and 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday
At least 6 CPUs (Speed x Processors)
Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)
At least three years of experience delivering patient and/or customer care
A USB noise-cancelling headset
At least 8GB of useable RAM
