Some healthcare experience in roles such as Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, Patient Care Technician, Home Health Aide, Social Worker, Medical Receptionist, Healthcare Scheduler, Pharmacy Technician, etc.
Up-to-date antivirus software and an up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
A cell phone to facilitate dual-factor authentication
Ability to understand the healthcare and insurance industries and get comfortable with medical terminology
A webcam for your Certification experience
At least 6 CPUs (Speed x Processors)
Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)
At least three years of experience delivering patient and/or customer care
A USB noise-cancelling headset
The ability to consistently service a minimum of 30 hours per week and 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
At least 8GB of useable RAM
