Deep understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence efforts.
High School Diploma / GED required with 10+ years of experience or 5+ with a Bachelor's degree.
Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse skill levels.
Ability to coach and assess others in a hands-on, shop-floor environment.
This is a full-time, exempt position. Standard business hours apply, though evening or weekend work may be necessary to accommodate training schedules.
Comfortable enforcing standards and making pass/fail readiness decisions.
