1st Shift will Can Start from 06:00 AM to 7:00 AM (We will fix the Shift Times by Oct)
Ability to lift 40+Lbs repeatably through the shift
High school diploma or General Equivalent Degree (GED) required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mechanical Aptitude Defined as:
This will be a Tobacco Free Facility (No Smoking, No Chewing tobacco, No Smokeless pouches, No Vaping']
Ability to move freely and have sufficient reflexes to perform the same tasks repeatedly.
Some Experience using and improving formalized work Standards
Computer Skills (Filling in Forms, logging in, navigating websites, etc.)
Ability to stand 8 - 10 hours Daily
Some "Hard Goods" manufacturing experience (More than a Single part)
Self-motivated
Willingness/ Experience to change, flex and learn
