Experience using low and high-power microscopes
Able to multitask, willing to learn and cross-train in multiple areas (Incoming, In-process, / Final QA)
Experience working with cross-functional teams; (Production, Inventory, Engineering, Planning)
5-7 years of directly related experience or certified to J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610; if not already certified, ability to become IPC-A-610 certified at CIS level
Excellent work habits -- responsible, organized, attention to detail

High School diploma or equivalent
3 - 5 years' experience performing inspections to MIL-STD-883, Methods 2010, 2017, 2032 or documents based on these criteria. It is acceptable to have experience using other inspection criteria
Proficiency with standard MS Office software - Outlook (email), Excel, Word
Comfortable using a variety of measurement tools - calipers, micrometers, pin gages, optical comparator
Able to learn a wide range of product inspections
Hands-on experience with any type of Nonconformance Report system, to create and update Nonconformance Reports. (Agile, Arena, TIPQA, TeamCenter...)
