Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems and common manufacturing documentation practices.
Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; symbology, dimensional tolerances and control plans.
Basic computer skills and experience entering inspection/test data into ERP/MES/QC systems.
Position requires candidates to be U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status)
5+ manufacturing quality inspection experience (adjust upward for senior levels)
Experience with SPC tools, measurement systems analysis (MSA/Gage R&R;), FAI/PPAP processes and root-cause tools (5 Why, 8D).
5+ years' experience in manufacturing quality
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to satisfy AFSI ITAR requirements.
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, basic optical inspection equipment and go/no-go gauges.
Ability to stand, walk production lines, and lift up to ~25-50 lbs occasionally.
