Must be able to lift 25lbs to shoulder height
Demonstrable proficiency with assembling, testing and calibrating complex electro-mechanical devices in a manufacturing or similar work environment.
Demonstrable working knowledge of test equipment including but not limited to, bench power supplies, hand-held meters, etc.
Must be able to communicate, converse with, and exchange information by means of the spoken and written word
Ability to work overtime as required.
Relevant soldering and wiring skills
Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
Experience with all types of hand tools such as: torque wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, wire strippers, and crimping tools.
Works under immediate or moderate supervision
Electronics training, or 2 years of related and relevant field, military, or equivalent work experience or Associates Degree in Electronics Technology
Visual acuity to view a computer screen
Relevant experience reading and understanding electronic schematics and firm understanding of electronic symbols.
Able to operate a computer and other office machinery using finger dexterity for typing and writing
Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
Standing 75% of the time
A high school diploma or equivalent
Available to work overtime as required
Able to perform light physical effort to lift or move materials up to 40 pounds
Typically reports to a supervisor/manager
Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and reach particularly for sustained periods of time
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
