Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Working knowledge of Quality System Management per AS9100.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Department of Defense DoD programs, procedures, and processes.
Working knowledge of SEI CMMI.
As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to be self-driven and deliver a high quality of work.
