Two or more years of experience working in batch and discrete component manufacturing environment.
Experience with any of the following technologies: machining, welding, powder pressing and sintering, brazing, heat treating and/or molten metal operations.

Experience executing capital projects to support replacement, modernization and/or new process implementation to achieve operational goals.
