This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting practices and attention to detail
Most shifts are physically active
Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed
Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible
You'll unload deliveries, handle equipment and hazardous materials safely
You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment
Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker
Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel, but occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training sessions, or to support nearby stores
Environmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions
High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
