Responsibilities:
- Welcome Guests: Greet guest with a warm smile and a friendly welcome, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and inviting throughout your shift, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and replenishing supplies.
- Refresh Beverages: Refill drinks and provide additional napkins, utensils, or condiments as needed, always going the extra mile to enhance the guest experience.
- Engage with Guests: Build rapport with guests through friendly conversation and anticipate their needs, creating a personal connection that makes them feel special.
- Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and with a positive attitude, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience for all guests.
Flexible Schedule (2-5 days per week, 3-7 hours per shift):
- Day Shifts: Potential shifts: 11am-2pm, 11am-4pm
- Evening Shifts: Potential shifts: 2pm-7pm, 4pm-7pm
