Host, Le Burger

Le Burger 4304 is a French-inspired burger spot built around a playful idea: "What would happen if two American guys opened a burger joint in Paris?"

Our original Minneapolis location brings this concept to life with fast-casual charm bright, family-friendly, and full of fine-dining flavor, served with counter-service ease. Now in Cleveland, we're turning up the volume with a full-service, neighborhood restaurant. It's everything people love about Le Burger but with room to stay awhile. Guests can grab a cocktail, catch the game, and settle in for a relaxed, elevated experience.

The Host is a highly visible role and is key to the success of our venue's operations. This role serves as an ambassador to our guests and helps to ensure the ambiance of the event is maintained and guest expectations are met and exceeded. All while embodying our core values.

Essential Functions

  • Champion lateral service
  • Learn
  • Own the individual guest experience
  • Set the next shift up for success
  • Connect with guests while executing steps of host service
  • Own guests' first and last impressions
  • Own the cleaning and organization of bathrooms, front entry, and host stand

Education / Experience / Certifications:

  • Must be 16+ years of age.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a food service role.
  • Knowledge of various food-service styles a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Maintains composure under pressure, remains calm and courteous in difficult situations.
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as business demands; ability to work flexible hours as required.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a restaurant/event environment. This role requires primarily standing and walking during entire shift. Work environment is fast-paced and team member must be able to manage multiple priorities throughout a shift.
