FLSA: Exempt
Potential Location: Barbour County High School (Gr. 7 - 12), Clayton, AL
Contract Period: 9 month / 187 days OR Teams 189 days
Salary Schedule: Based on Board Approved Salary Matrix
Sign-On Incentives for 2025-2026: $4,000 for fully certified Secondary Math teachers, $4,500 for fully certified Secondary Math teachers with a master's degree or higher and with National Board Certification or with STEM certification (three-year commitment)

To create and provide engaging and challenging work for students to maximize each student's ability in accordance with local and state courses of study.
