As part of our team, you can expect to make an impact on each and every guest you come in contact with! The Back of House or Kitchen team consistently delivers food that looks and tastes great while maintaining the highest quality product in a clean and safe environment. Back of House team members should work all scheduled shifts, where they are trained in a variety of areas within the business to be able to work in a variety of positions. Back of House positions include breading and cooking chicken, food prep and building of salads, and building products to order. Chick-fil-A offers a variety of easy-to-use systems to ensure a great product is available to every guest, every time.
