Technical Sales Representative - HVAC - Base Salary to 90k/year - Phoenix, AZ
  • Our client is a well-established industrial equipment rental organization experiencing rapid growth and seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a true “ hunter” mentality. The Technical Sales Representative role is focused on developing and hunting for new business through strategic outreach and market expansion, while also fostering long-term client relationships. In addition, the Technical Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, strengthen customer partnerships, and support sustained revenue. Responsibilities:
  • Own and actively manage an assigned sales territory with a strong emphasis on new business development.
  • Conduct in-person, virtual sales calls and presentations to present customized equipment/ service solutions.
  • Maintain a consistent meeting cadence with clients to support account growth and retention.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new accounts through targeted prospecting and strategic market development.
