PLM Associate
Reports To: VP of Design OperationsDirect Reports: None
Overview
The PLM Associate will play a key role in supporting the implementation, rollout, training, and ongoing development of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process and technology. This position will ensure the PLM system is effectively adopted and continuously improved to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of each module within the PLM system.
  • Maintain and update master PLM training documentation; schedule and facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Conduct PLM training sessions for new and existing team members.
  • Actively participate in daily product development meetings.
  • Provide administrative support within the PLM platform to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate on documenting and defining system requirements for ongoing PLM enhancements, including the creation of dictionaries, tables, and reference materials for developers.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive PLM training materials and resources.
  • Identify, document, and track software or user issues in Asana; assist with testing and validating system updates and fixes.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
