Our client, a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering compassionate inpatient care, is hiring a weekend Nocturnist, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician, Palliative Care Hospitalist. As a vital member of the nighttime hospital medicine team, the Nocturnist will oversee adult inpatient care during overnight shifts, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe patient management.   • Complete all documentation, orders, and discharge summaries in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in overnight call coverage, quality improvement projects, and peer review processes.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and families about overnight care plans and goals of care.
  • Respond promptly to rapid response team calls and assist during code situations.
