Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate welding machines, adjusting and regulating as needed to ensure high quality weldments.

• Read and follow written job instructions, standardized procedures, blueprints, and diagrams.

• Perform welding operations using fixtures and jigs on various components and assemblies.

• Maintain quality standards and ownership of weldments, ensuring production meets daily requirements.

• Participate in quality improvement efforts, scrap reduction, and team problem solving.

• Execute daily 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) activities to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on welding equipment.

• Collaborate in a team environment to achieve production goals and continuous improvement.

• Adhere to all company safety standards and policies.

• Willingly work overtime when necessary to meet production demands.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

• A Welding Technology degree or Welding Technical diploma is highly desirable.

• Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of welding experience in a production setting required

• Additional years of experience are welcomed and highly valued

• Strong basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints required

• Robotic welding experience is a strong plus

• Pay will be dependent on skill level and experience

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

• Overtime: May be required on Fridays based on business needs
