The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a fast-casual restaurant serving fresh, authentic Mediterranean food with genuine hospitality. We're looking for a confident, upbeat Shift Lead to help set the tone, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

Position Summary

The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring outstanding service. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who leads by example, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys working with people.

• Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not requiredwe'll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Coordinate with BOH to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle POS operations, cash handling, and online orders
• Maintain a positive, team-first culture

Like anyone who loves truly good food, their favorite childhood memories were those spent with family and friends, crowded around a table for a meal made with care and love.
