Whether youre early in your career or seeking your next leadership opportunity, InBloom is a place where you can thrive./ppIf youre ready to grow your career, work alongside a team that celebrates clinical excellence, and make a real impact every daywed love to connect./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) working with clients./liliDevelop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA./liliTrain each staff member on their clients specific behavior treatment plan./liliContinuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effective./liliModify any programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered./liliConduct assessments not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or AFLS upon intake and every 6 months, thereafter./liliTrack all authorizations dates for clients and update all treatment plans before authorizations expire./liliMonitor and adjust behavior plans throughout the treatment period in accordance with the childs progression./liliConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed./liliParticipate in bi-weekly BCBA group meetings and monthly 1:1 meetings with the Clinical Integrity Officer (CIO) to discuss client progress or concerns./liliProvide regular parent/caretaker training/liliMaintain knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU events./liliAssist with scheduling/liliProvide direct coverage as needed/liliBe present in the center during business hours/liliAssist with any clinical needs as they arise/liliSupport kiddos and RBTs with a minimum of 28 impact weekly hours/li/ulpstrong Supervisory Responsibilities /strong/pulliSupervise RBTs who are working towards their BCBA certification/liliConduct weekly competencies for newly hired RBTs and monthly competencies for RBTs who have been with the company longer than 1 month./liliReview RBTs session notes for accuracy and provide detailed feedback to RBTs./liliProvide initial corrective feedback to RBTs, when needed, as part of progressive disciplinary action procedures./liliProactively manage and develop RBT staff/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrong Education and Experience /strong/pulliBACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required/liliA Masters degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices/liliPossess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis./liliPrevious experience in supervision preferred./li/ulpstrong Additional Eligibility Requirements /strong/pulliMust abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB/liliMust abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom/liliMust have reliable transportation, drivers license, insurance, and smartphone/liliWork positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff/liliDemonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude/liliRequires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills/liliAbility to communicate effectively, both oral and written/li/ulpstrong Physical Requirements /strong/pulliPhysical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and de-escalate situations with clients./liliProlonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/or sitting in order to interact with clients./liliMust be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client positioning or mobility./liliAdequate vision and hearing are needed to work with clients and staff./liliEye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and other necessary tools./li/ulpTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet the physical requirements and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
