No weekend or evening work required./liliCompetitive Compensation: Hourly rates starting $24-26 per hour./li/ulpKey Responsibilities:/pulliImplement individualized therapy plans under expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors./liliUse Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) to provide evidence-based therapy thats play-based and child-centered./liliCollect data on client progress and maintain open communication with clinical supervisors./liliMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the center to ensure client safety./liliProvide a fun, supportive, engaging environment for young children on the autism spectrum./liliCommunicate with caregivers about the clients day and create a welcoming environment for families./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAvailability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (hours scheduled based on clinical needs)./liliDesire to learn, grow, and advance in the field of autism therapy./liliStrong communication skills and a passion for helping others./liliPreferred: Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (not required)./liliExperience working with children preferred/liliAbility to perform physically active tasks, including sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 pounds, and actively playing with children during sessions.
