To ensure that our patients receive the care they need we are adding to our Radiation Therapy team, around the clock. Can you help us? Here's what you'll do:
- Deliver prescribed doses of high energy x-ray treatment by means of linear accelerators or other radiation producing equipment to patients with malignant diseases;
- Supervise clinical experience of radiation therapist students;
- Create and maintain harmonious relationships with patients and families, physicians as well as other hospitals and associated facilities
AAS/ BA or BS in Radiation Therapy or completion of approved AMA certified program. RT(T); NYS license or eligible or limited permit to practice as a Radiation Therapist required. Limited Permit is valid for 180 days, must receive NYS License before limited permit expires. CPR is required by time of appointment. In return for your dedication and commitment to provide outstanding service you'll receive career guidance, training, and become part of a supportive team. Base pay rate of $85,000 per year.
