What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adults and seniors
- Diagnose and treat a range of behavioral, emotional, and mental health conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
- Make medication and therapeutic treatment recommendations
- Provide consultation to facility staff and collaborate on behavioral strategies
- Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Active CRNP license in Pennsylvania with a Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP)
- Experience or interest in working in geriatric or long-term care settings
- Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, and team collaboration skills

- No weekends or on-call - your time is truly your own
