Overview:
As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in promoting residents' health and well-being through personalized nutrition plans and guidance. Your expertise will help enhance the quality of life for those under our care.
Duties:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess residents' nutritional needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored dietary plans, including tube feeding when necessary.
  • Perform patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Provide health coaching to residents on dietary habits and lifestyle changes.
  • Utilize your knowledge of physiology to create effective nutrition strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Experience in aliment planning and nutrition counseling preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health coaching principles.
  • Proficiency in physiology knowledge related to dietetics.
