Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice serving over 5,000 children weekly across 30+ school districts in Tennessee and North Carolina, as well as in our outpatient clinics and via teletherapy. Our unique model focuses on 1:1 therapy-without the administrative burden of IEP meetings.
Requirements
- CF-SLPs: Must be on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for Tennessee licensure.
- All therapists must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
- 1:1 therapy sessions with children in schools-no IEP meetings required
- Caseload average: 35-40 students
- Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) for full-time employees with no waiting period
- W2 employment with salary or per-session pay options, paid bi-monthly
