Clinical Liaison (Marketing) We are seeking a dynamic and clinically experienced Clinical Liaison (Marketing) to join our growing, forward-thinking organization serving the Litchfield area. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building partnerships and driving census growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers • Review referrals and clinical records to determine admission eligibility • Conduct pre-admission clinical assessments and evaluate patient needs • Collaborate with internal clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth transitions of care • Support strategic census development initiatives Qualifications: • Clinical background (RN, LPN, or related healthcare credential preferred) • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or home health • Strong understanding of referral processes and payer sources • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and manage a territory This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and expanding organization that values clinical excellence and professional growth.
