What You'll Do

As a Morning Prep Team Member, you help set the tone for the entire day. Your responsibilities include:

• Rolling burritos and preparing onions, sauces, and beverages (Iced Coffee/Iced Tea)
• Keeping the prep area organized, clean, and clutter-free
• Following food safety standards and prepping required food items
• Stocking and rotating inventory correctly
• Reading and following prep charts in E-Production
• Panning and storing products in proper containers and replenishing items as needed
• Cleaning breakfast dishes and maintaining a tidy workspace

Your work ensures the restaurant is ready, stocked, and running smoothly before the rush begins.
