Food Runner

Delivers food from the kitchen to customer tables, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timeliness, while also supporting servers with bussing, resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area

Key Responsibilities

• Food Delivery: Quickly and accurately deliver meals from the kitchen to the correct tables, checking for order accuracy and presentation.
• Kitchen Support: Communicate with kitchen staff, read order tickets, track cooking times, and assist with plating and garnishing.
• Dining Room Maintenance: Clear and reset tables, wipe down surfaces, restock server stations and condiment areas.
• Guest Service: Answer basic customer questions, assist servers as needed, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Closing Duties: Help with end-of-shift cleaning and kitchen prep.
