• Oversee daily operations and manage staff efficiently
• Maintain food quality and safety standards
• Train and mentor team members
• Must be able to cut gut and mayo, and make sandwiches efficiently.
• Must be able to keep up with slicing and maintain
• Must be able to manage labor, count inventory and basic data entry.
