Job Summary: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available
• Location: Elkridge, MD

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification
• Previous experience with children
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
