The role involves providing top-notch customer service, guest relations such booking appointments using Point of Sale system (familiarity with Zenoti or Meevo is a plus), selling retail skincare products and assist with serving guests and driving gift card sales through exceptional client interactions.
Qualifications

• Expertise in Hospitality Services in a spa, salon, or hotel environment
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills with POS spa software
• Ability to multi-task and also perform back of the house tasks
