- Licensed Private Investigators
- Experienced Process Servers who have current judge signed court appointments (required)
- Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals
- Make diligent service attempts:
- Up to 4 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
- In rare cases, some clients require up to 8 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
- Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
- Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
- Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
- Upload photo evidence of addresses
- Submit detailed attempt notes
- Record service or non-service outcomes
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
