Essential Responsibilities

Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities. Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30-minute client well-being checks. Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties. Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor. Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures
