Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arkansas PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred, including familiarity with OASIS documentation and homebound patient evaluation procedures. (Preferred)
- Experience supervising PT Assistants and aides in accordance with state practice act preferred. (Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, establish measurable goals, develop treatment plans, and document in required formats and timelines.
- Ability to consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and recommend adaptive equipment when indicated.
- Willingness to cover patients across multiple counties, including Independence, Sharp, Izard, White, Fulton, and Jackson counties.
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift Requirements: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends.
- Productivity Expectation: 30 points.
- License Requirement: Arkansas PT license.
- Counties Covered: Independence, Sharp, Izard, White, Fulton, Jackson.
- Mileage reimbursement policy listed by client. (Refer to recruiter for details.)
- Assignment Type: Travel contract. Start and end dates available through recruiter.
