IT Technician Opportunity
Please note this role will require some on-site field work in the DFW metro area.

Summary
The IT Technician's role is to ensure system operation and functionality so that end users can accomplish business tasks. The objective of the IT Technician will be to respond to support requests in a timely manner, serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support-related tickets, and ensure end-user satisfaction, among other technical duties. IT Technicians are expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as they interact daily with colleagues from various departments and executive levels, as well as customers.
