The Food Runner position is about:
Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely and pleasant.
Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats.
Appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests.
Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
