This bonus is based on store sales and profits that provide the opportunity to earn another $15,000-$60,000 per year. - Our Restaurant Manager role is a great opportunity to learn the Pluckers way and be successful in the restaurant industry before becoming an Assistant General Manager! Restaurant Managers earn $85,000/year on average with our top Restaurant Managers earning up to $95,000.
- As we expand, we are also looking for individuals capable of developing into a General Manager role within 1-3 years. Our General Managers have the opportunity to earn up to $230,000/year.
- Before you can be eligible to become a General Manager, you will first complete our 16-week training program, then master the Assistant General Manager role.

- Our 16-week Coach training program, known as Pluckers University, will teach you everything you need to know about our culture, expectations, and the Pluckers Way.
