Overview: Ascendo is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Associate for our client, a leading diamond bridal jewelry company. This role supports daily production and inventory operations-managing order processing, materials flow, and ERP data entry to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and update customer orders, cancellations, and QC issues in ERP.
- Pick, barcode, and organize inventory to fulfill orders accurately.
- Verify deliveries, manage stock discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts.
- Generate purchase notes, shipping, and receiving documents.
- Inspect materials and packing lists for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with purchasing, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely material flow.
- Maintain organized ERP and inventory records.
- Support returns and QA preparation as needed.
- 1+ year of relevant experience (3+ years preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
