Residential Supervisor
NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Supervisor to join our residential youth programs located in Haverhill, Wilmington, Beverly, Peabody, and Amesbury, MA.
Our residential programs support youth in need of temporary out-of-home placement and serve adolescents and transitional-age youth (ages 1222) with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, often with histories of complex trauma. Youth are referred through the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
About the Role
The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the program, including oversight of staff, youth, and daily operations. This role provides leadership, ensures a safe and therapeutic environment, and supports the development of both staff and youth through trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
