Senior AI Software Engineer

We are hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered applications within our Platform Development team. This role is designed for someone who can bridge the gap between large language models (LLMs) and real financial data by architecting the backend systems and data platforms that make AI genuinely useful for our advisors and their clients. Your primary focus will be building and scaling our text-to-SQL agent and other conversational AI tools. Our data ecosystem spans SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks. You will architect schemas, validate AI-generated queries, and build the backend services that connect AI systems to our financial data platforms. The AI writes the SQL you must know whether it is correct. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role where you will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and help build a culture of experimentation, learning, and delivery.
