Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• BCBAs can work in a hybrid role
• Conduct supervision and parent training
• Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
• 25% of sessions will need to be done in person

Experience needed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Job types: full-time, part-time

Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
