Carollos vision is to be the BEST water consulting firm and youll find that Carollo is also the best place for you to build your career./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDesign of water and wastewater treatment facilities/liliPlans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on projects of small to medium sizes/liliResponsible for budget, schedule and quality standards/liliHas full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments/liliResponsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to civil/environmental engineering field/liliCarries out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques or procedures to create new or refined equipment, material, processes or methods/liliAssists in proposal preparation and interviews and may be included in contract negotiations with clients after selection/liliDevelops relationships with existing clients and has responsibility for client maintenance at staff level on existing projects/liliWorks closely with subconsultants on projects/liliActive in professional associations, including attendance and participation in local, regional, and national conventions/liliTravel required when requested/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering/lili10-15 years of wastewater design experience in the field of environmental consulting engineering with an emphasis in hydraulics, physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes and treatment plant design/liliRegistration as a Professional Engineer/liliMust have demonstrated experience with managing and designing medium sized projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards/liliExperience designing wastewater treatment plants, including development of conceptual/preliminary designs and detailed design document preparation/liliAbility to communicate effectively with clients and project team/liliDeliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints/liliExperience working with wastewater collection systems and water and reclaimed water transmission/distribution projects/liliProficient in MS Word and Excel/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliMasters degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering/li/ulh3Compensation Range/h3pAn employees pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs./ph3Other Compensation and Benefits/h3pCarollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the care employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
