Need a fresh start? Our client is a fast paced and growing Food industry company looking for their next Administrative Assistant for a direct hire or temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is onsite while training and then turns hybrid, only 1-3 days in office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $21 to $22 per hor. EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years minimum of Administrative Assistant experience.
• Candidates must be polished, sharp, and strong attention to detail!
• Responsibilities include receptionist, booking travel, rotating support on evenings and weekends, scheduling visits to restaurants, getting vendors schedules, invoice tracking.
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Intermedia Excel & Word skills, will need to take assessment.
