What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive orthopedic and neurological evaluations - joint and spine testing, neurological packages, and detailed patient histories
Take, review, and interpret x-rays; order and evaluate advanced imaging (MRI, CT) for sub-acute injury management
Treat, document, and manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case, including PI/third-party liability service liens
Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, manipulation under anesthesia (MUA), cold laser therapy, and concussion protocols
Co-manage complex cases with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists
Occasional travel to nearby AICA locations for coverage as needed - typically within30-45 minutes of your home clinic
Partner with the practice manager to maintain a clean, safe, and well-staffed clinic environment

Willingness to travel between AICA clinic locations as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
Monthly performance bonuses based on patient visit volume and clinical outcomes
Full benefits package
2-3 weeks paid time off (based on tenure)
Continuing education reimbursement + additional CE PTO
Reasonable on-call rotation (~5 weekends/year) with additional compensation for weekend coverage
