Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove - Oak Grove, MO Shifts: PRN available!
Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove are currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. You'll provide evaluation and treatment services to residents, supporting them in regaining mobility, strength, and functional ability.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver effective therapy interventions based on resident goals and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety measures.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)program.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Missouri.
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads.
