About the Position:

We are hiring an Organizing Fellow to help build the largest grassroots movement in Colorado history. This is a high impact, fast paced role for someone who is ready to take ownership, move quickly, and play a direct role in winning this race.

You will be on the frontlines of our field program, helping recruit, train, and manage volunteers while scaling our voter contact operation across the state. From building out phone banking to canvassing to events, your work will directly contribute to the number of voters we reach and the strength of our movement.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Recruit and engage volunteers to phone banks, text banks, attend events, and support relational organizing efforts.
• Help manage volunteers by onboarding them to various teams, training them, and ensuring they want to show up again and again.
• Grow our voter contact program by overseeing volunteer shifts to knock on doors, make phone calls, and engage directly with voters.
• Support the planning and execution of events that drive volunteer engagement and voter contact.
• Track volunteer activity and ensure strong follow-up to keep people engaged and activated.

Job Qualifications (Required):

• Strong commitment to building the largest grassroots movement in Colorado history and electing Julie Gonzales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in volunteer or voter-facing settings.
• Willingness to make calls, send texts, and actively recruit and engage volunteers.
• Ability to pick up on new technologies quickly.

Job Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience with phone banking, canvassing, or other forms of voter contact.
• Experience in organizing or campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools like VAN, Scale to Win, or similar platforms.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Frequent work on evenings and weekends.
• Attending and leading events at a variety of locations across the metro area.
